"Thank you very much for your time with myself, the school and [my son] this week. Your report is the most helpful tool we’ve ever had to understand [my son]’s needs. Your work is invaluable and we’re very grateful to have a professional analysis, especially with a condition that is often deemed less important than other neurological disorders and with a high-masking child. My son has suffered throughout his entire education and I’ve had to fight for everything along the way, including moving his school, due to a lack of support/acknowledgement. Your report made me feel heard, you were so kind and you gave me hope for [my son]’s future. Thank you so much your support!"

"Hi Juliette, the report is amazing and I’m so grateful as now I’m hoping he’ll receive the correct support rather than the bare minimum. You’ve got everything perfect and I can’t thank you enough. I'm so grateful for the outcome of your report and how brilliant you are at what you do! Thanks again."

“Thanks so much for being so open, patient, positive, accepting and insightful with our son. We really feel you got a really good sense of who he is and his strengths and challenges, and in the small time you were with him built a lovely relationship. Previous assessments have been difficult experiences for all of us but this has restored some faith and confidence.”

“It has been an absolute delight having your support for our daughter to help us formalise thoughts, feelings and concerns into such a comprehensive and informative report…I cannot thank you enough for your insight and sensitivity working with our daughter – she has never managed such a long session before and the results of this are all credit to you…Thank you so much for all of this – it will help make a difference.”

“Juliette’s easy rapport with my daughter was evident from the start and her absolute positivity really rubbed off on her. My daughter enjoyed her session and Juliette is clearly committed to helping young people and giving them the information to help them make the most of their potential. The report provided was thorough and insightful and the whole experience was a positive step forward for us.”

“Thank you for the report. I didn't know what to expect, but it is very thorough and feels like an accurate description of our son and us. When we shared it with his school they said it was the most informative EP report they had seen, and could easily draw the recommendations from it. The assessment itself was brilliantly executed - our son was really engaged and we welcomed the opportunity to get your advice on a number of topics- thank you for answering our many questions! We have since recommend you to friends seeking similar input.”

“Wow just wow, thank you so much for your report. I will…call a meeting at her current school so they can better meet her needs and…hopefully a EHCP on the go too…You have enabled me to do all of that for [my daughter] so thank you. It was lovely working with you.”

“We engaged Juliette as an EP for both our children to ensure we had appropriate recommendation in their EHC Plans. Juliette has a very calm, friendly and approachable manner, which helped to put us at ease immediately. She was flexible with how and where the assessment could take place for the child to feel most comfortable. Following the assessment we received a thorough, detailed report, which not only documented the results of the various tests, but also included relevant nuances and idiosyncrasies of the children’s personalities which needed to be taken into account. The detailed recommendations were clear, practical and measurable. Juliette was recommended to us by another EP who was too far away from us. I can see why, as a professional, she felt confident to recommend Juliette and I would not hesitate to also recommend Juliette to anyone who is looking for an EP.”

“I am overly impressed with the report and have shared it with X, sendiass and the school senco, head, teacher and TA. X also praised the report, as have the school and have agreed to implement some of the recommendations into a new MyPlan+ as soon as possible, whilst I then apply for an EHCP. Thank you again, if I decide to have any further cognitive assessments I will be sure to email you. [My son] also added, “I like her, can I go see her again?”.”

“Of all the training I’ve done in recent years, this feels like it could make a real difference…I think you have done a fantastic job of making it as interactive as possible. I am in awe of your ability to keep us all engaged for so long! It’s been an excellent course and I was singing your praises to our head this afternoon back in school. She asked me if I would recommend the course for one of our other Teaching Partners (from KS1) and I had no hesitation in giving a resounding YES!”

“Thank you very much Juliette, I found the course to be excellent at many levels, including breadth, depth, relevance, coherence and understandibility of content, well-thought out flow and sequence, fun, security, presence, and authenticity conveyed by yourself as trainer and introduction to many new perspectives, concepts, and links. Well done. I think the emphasis on the relational activism philosophy and practice and the named ethos of your practice bring credit to the profession as a whole.“

“Just wanted to say how much I thoroughly enjoyed the REACH course. I have learnt many new things, but it also helped me connect the dots to the concepts I have learnt in university. I feel like I can now explain these in a much simpler manner so that others who have less psychological knowledge can understand. I found it very emotional at times and the course helped me identify strengths I did not know I had to build on my resilience. I loved the underlying message that there is always hope even if children and people have experienced dark times. You spread this message so passionately throughout and I wish I will be able to do the same in my new job and hopefully continue into my practise when I become an educational psychologist. Thank you for being so warm and welcoming as well. I felt I could ask you any question without judgement and you always answered above and beyond. I found you very inspiring and hope I can continue your enthusiasm.”

“Amazing course, delivered by an amazing lady! Juliette has such an extensive knowledge and was able to share this with us, despite the limited time we had… Juliette’s delivery kept us all engaged and she was sensitive to the content and how it may affect people. We were all very sad that it ended…The course has affected the provision in all three of my schools and enabled me to offer support to colleagues and families in an informed way! Thank you Juliette!”

“Sandplay gives me a bit of time to clear my mind. When I have a bad day, my mind goes out of control. It helps me to calm down when I’m…getting angry. It helps me to get my thoughts out and I think, ‘Ok, I don’t have to worry about that anymore’. It helps me quite a lot.”
Young Person

“[Sandplay helps me] because it’s calming. It’s all quiet. When we do art [it makes me feel] happy. I don’t normally go out of the class [to do art] a lot. [Sandplay] makes me feel like I’m by the sea. I like it because it gets my imagination going…[that’s important] because it makes me feel happy.”
